When logging in, you must enter the email address that was used to register your MyView PayNow account.

To work out which email address you used to register with MyView PayNow, use the search field in all of your different email accounts to search for ‘MyView PayNow’. If you have any emails from us in the past, it is likely that this email account is the one that you need to log in with.

📧 With authentication via your email:

• Open the MyView PayNow app.

• Tap ‘Login/ Sign up’ and enter your email address.

• We will send an email to your email address - please open this on your mobile device (this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive). You have 2 options here:

• Tap the ‘Confirm login’ button and you will be taken back to the app where you will be logged in

• Record the one-time 6 digit PIN in the email and go back to the app where you can tap the ‘Use PIN code instead’ and enter your PIN to log in.

📲 With SSO (via the MyView PayNow widget):

• Login to your MyView app, where you will need to locate the MyView PayNow widget

• Tapping on this widget will log you in via SSO and then will redirect you to the MyView PayNow app
